Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1/1/2025

Due to contractual obligations with hotels, cruise lines, and event venues, N&D Travels enforces a strict refund policy:

1. Deposits

* All deposits are non-refundable. They secure your room, ticket, or package and are paid out to vendors immediately.

2. Payment Plans

• Payments made toward trips are  non-refundable after 48 hours.
• Late or missed payments may lead to cancellation and forfeiture of funds already paid.

3. Cancellations

If you must cancel:

• You must notify us in writing at [info@nanddtravels.com].
• Transfer of your booking may be allowed (upon request), subject to vendor approval and availability.

4. Travel Protection

We strongly recommend purchasing third-party travel insurance to protect your booking in case of illness, emergency, or travel interruptions.
