By using N&D Travels or booking through our platform, you agree to these terms:

1. Booking & Payments

• A *non-refundable deposit** is required to reserve your package or ticket.
• Final payment deadlines are provided at booking. Missed deadlines may result in cancellation or late fees.
  
  

2. Group Travel Policy

• Group packages include hotel stays, event tickets, and outlined perks.
• Minimum group sizes may be required for special pricing or perks.
• Room or cruise cabin changes are subject to availability and vendor pricing.
  
  

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate information.
• Meet all deadlines and payment dates.
• Meet any travel documentation requirements.
  
  

4. Modifications & Cancellations

In rare cases, events or travel accommodations may change due to vendor or weather-related issues. We will do our best to inform you and provide suitable alternatives.
