2026 Cincinnati Music Festivals Term and Conditions

1. Payments & Deposits
A *$50 deposit** is required for ticket-only purchases.
A *$100 deposit** is required for hotel or package reservations.
All deposits are *NON-REFUNDABLE** and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
* Payment plans must be followed as outlined on your invoice or confirmation email.
Failure to make payments by the due dates may result in *cancellation of your reservation** without refund.
2. Ticket & Seating Information
* All ticket purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges.
End seats incur a *$10 premium fee**, unless you qualify as a Group Leader.
* N&D Travels does not guarantee specific seat locations until the client’s full payment is received and processed by the event promoter.
3. Hotel & Package Reservations
Hotel rooms and package availability are on a *first-come, first-served basis**.
* Room types (King, Double Queen, Suites, etc.) are based on availability at the time of booking.
* Hotel partners may require a credit or debit card at check-in for incidentals.
* N&D Travels is not responsible for hotel changes, renovations, or any adjustments made by hotel management.
4. Group Leader Requirements
To qualify as a Group Leader, individuals must purchase a minimum of:
* 5 packages, OR
* 10 tickets per day (Friday & Saturday).
Group Leaders receive:
* Early access to premium seating
* Discounted pricing
* Exclusive perks and bonuses
* Cash incentives
Failure to meet group minimum requirements may result in forfeiting perks.
5. Travel & Event Policies
* N&D Travels is a third-party travel agency and is not responsible for event scheduling, artist lineup changes, weather delays, venue rules, or festival-level decisions.
* All event decisions—including lineup, set times, and cancellations—are made by the Cincinnati Music Festival organizers, not N&D Travels.
* No refunds will be issued due to weather, lineup changes, or event modifications made by the promoter.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
* All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
* Reservations may be canceled by N&D Travels if payments are not made on time.
If the event is canceled by the promoter or venue, refund decisions and processing will follow *promoter guidelines**, not N&D Travels’.
* Clients are encouraged to purchase travel insurance if desired.
7. Transfer & Name Change Policy
Name changes may be requested up to 30 days before the event, subject to a *$50 processing fee**.
* No transfers or name changes will be accepted within 30 days of travel.
8. Liability & Responsibilities
N&D Travels LLC acts only as an agent for hotel partners and ticket vendors and assumes *no liability** for personal injuries, property loss, or travel interruptions.
* Clients assume all responsibility for compliance with venue rules, hotel policies, and festival regulations.
* N&D Travels is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
9. Communication & Documentation
* All official updates will be sent via email or text message to the contact information provided at booking.
* It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate contact info and check for updates in a timely manner.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a deposit or payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions listed above.
